Our Delivery Policy

If your order is time-sensitive, please be sure to contact us at info@thepresentpicker.co.uk and we will do our best to advise on the best shipping method to ensure arrival by your event!

Our Standard shipping is 3-4 business days. We also offer Express Shipping where we guarantee for your order to reach you within 2 business days (provided you place your order before 12:00 GMT (Monday-Friday).

Please be sure to review and confirm your shipping address before checking out to prevent delays or mis-deliveries. Though it is rare, if your package has been lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement or issue you a refund in line with our refunds and returns policy.
