General FAQ's

The product I want is showing as not in stock, when will it be available again?
This varies depending on our supplier. Many of our items are authentic and sourced in country sustainably. If you're after a particular product and want to be notified when it is back in stock please email us on support@thepresentpicker.co.uk and we'll drop you an email when it comes back into stock.
My item(s) have been delivered but they are damaged, what should I do?
Please contact customer service in the first instance who will be happy to arrange a return or replacement under our returns policy.
I've ordered my item(s) but they have not arrived. What should I do?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days, if you have ordered a number of items, they may arrive in separate deliveries depending on our courier specifications, so please don’t worry if your order doesn’t arrive all together.  The rest will still be coming.  If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you in advance of any issues.  Please note that delivery of certain items to Northern Ireland maybe subject to increased delivery windows, so please allow a little longer for your orders to arrive.
I've ordered from you but not recieved a confirmation email from you. What should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation, please do the following…. •    Check your junk mail folder for any Present Picker emails received. •    Please check your bank account to see if any payment has been taken. •    Contact us at infot@thepresentpicker.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

Can I add to an existing order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order.  Once the order is confirmed, you can’t add additional items to the same order.  If you would like to purchase more items, please place a new order.
